There is no evidence of coercion for the West German trials. This is because the "facts" were accepted by Judicial Notice; I think we all know that remorse helps the final sentence. The letter during the trial is not stated as the Ganzenmüller letter, but the proper letter is dated 9 days later so fits in. The G letter says" That is the train that is running daily to the final destination not all the people. I contend that most of the Jews got off at the various labour camps along the way. You know the stops on the Fplo. It is interesting that Albert did not mention the other Fplos that ran to Treblinka via Siedlce.(Fplo 565) It is not possible to infer that 5 thousand Jews a day arrived at Treblinka. Ganzenmüller is just mentioning the capacity. Ganzenmuller would be well aware of the trains going through Siedlce but fails to mention those. There is a thread on that letter here. In his movements about, the young worker-farmer often happened upon Jews who were housed in the Treblinka II camp. Those Jews worked at various tasks in the woods linkPaper people cannot be murdered. |

Evidence was presented at the West German trials to prove the Nazi crimes. When someone admits to a crime, that is evidenced by other evidence, it is normal for all courts to accept that evidence. Those trials were about culpability. I know what you contend. I am waiting for evidence and it will be a fruitless wait, since there is none. It is reasonable to infer mass arrivals at TII, when there is other evidence of mass arrivals at TII. For the Jews to be "paper people" then the Nazis had to be lying about how many Jews there were. Are you claiming the Warsaw ghetto did not have hundreds of thousands of people in it? |

For the Jews to be "paper people" then the Nazis had to be lying about how many Jews there were. Are you claiming the Warsaw ghetto did not have hundreds of thousands of people in it? The camps where Jews worked as forced labourers, are evidenced by witnesses, documents etc and the same kind of evidence that you reject when it comes to death camps. Yes they are evidenced by witnesses. Witnesses who give emotional clap trap are discarded. Skarżysko-Kamienna is an important railroad junction as well as the site of Hasag munitions works. Yad Vasem state that between 18,000--23,000 perished there. I have no idea where they get that evidence from, but most likely made up to suit some nefarious purpose like maintaining a hoax. There are many atrocity stories in this camp simply propaganda, except for one. Felicja Karay wrote the book about this labour camp titled "Death comes in Yellow". The British had there own version of this, the girls being called "Canary" girls. It is this that caused the deaths of Jews at Hasag Skarżysko and of course those who tried to escape as they did in 44. I have made it quite clear that there may well have been a death camp in the Treblinka area but that is not the current TII which is now symbolic of that potential other camp. The Fplo documents support the labour camps and railway junctions to other camps. Expert witnesses and town elders point to another location near Podlaski. From this I can conclude there is some merit to the US Intelligence report on such camps. |
