Oranienburg...Oranienburgsachsenhausen
Camp background
North of Berlin, Germany.
The prison was taken over by the SS on 4 July 1934, when the SA was suppressed by the regime. It was closed and subsequently replaced in the area by Sachsenhausen concentration camp in 1936. At closure, the prison had held over 3,000 inmates, of whom 16 had died.
According to ushmm:
According to Yad Vashem:
As previously discussed here and elsewhere, 14f13 applied to everyone in the camps, not just Jews.
The camp also the following forms of execution (ushmm link above):
Eyewitness Account
At the time of the Nuremberg trial, the English public prosecutor, Sir Hartley Shawcross, in his speech for the prosecution of 26 July 1946, accused the Germans of having killed more than six million Jews "in the gas chambers and ovens of Auschwitz, Dachau, Treblinka, Buchenwald, Mauthausen, and Oranienburg.
SS-Obersturmbannfรผhrer Kaindl, former commandant of the Oranienburgdachsenhausen camp, declared before a Soviet military tribunal:
A reader will find great inconsistencies in the above witness statement. Oranienburg (Sachsenhausen) is in Germany north of Berlin.
Simon Wiesenthal confirms that "there were no extermination camps on German soil. All the Jewish extermination camps were in Poland.
While there may have been gas chambers in Oranienburg it was not part of the "final solution" and not part of the "holocaust" of Jews. (Books and Bookmen, London, April 1975, p. 5)
The only conclusion is that the testimony of SS-Obersturmbannfรผhrer Kaindl, former commandant of the Oranienburg-sachsenhausen camp is inaccurate, pure deceit. As the man was not executed, but sentenced to hard labour in the Soviet Gulag one may hazard a guess for this obvious perjury.

According to ushmm:
In April 1941, a commission of SS doctors conducted a "selection" among the prisoners at Sachsenhausen. Over the next three months the commission ordered prisoners too ill or weak to work, as well as prisoners with disabilities, to be killed as part of Operation 14f13.
In June 1941, camp authorities transported 269 prisoners selected under 14f13 to Sonnenstein, for euthanasia.

According to Yad Vashem:
all sorts of inmates were imprisoned there, including political
prisoners, common criminals, Gypsies, Jehovahโs Witnesses who refused to
support the German war effort, homosexuals, and Jews.

Shooting was the preferred method of the camp authorities, but the camp also had a gallows in the roll-call area for hanging and was equipped with a gas chamber used for killing small groups of prisoners. All types of prisoners, including Jews, were among those singled out for killings at various times during the camp's operation.

Toward mid-March 1943, I installed a gas chamber as a means for mass extermination.
Public Prosecutor On your own initiative?
Kaindl: Partly, yes, the existing installations no longer sufficed for the projected extermination. I held a conference in which the head doctor, Baumkรถtter, took part. He told me that the use of a poison gas, such as prussic acid, in rooms prepared for that purpose produced instant death.
That is why I considered the installation of gas chambers to be in order, and also because it was more humane, for mass killings.
