🤪 So... Not only does this person clearly not understand simple, basic words, nor simple obvious facts, nor basic logic, but I suggest this reply is conclusive evidence and proof of my previous assertion regarding low intelligence and an inability to discuss rationally, honestly and sanely.

This exchange above proves that Nessie is far below average IQ.
It proves that you can’t get her/him to understand the extreeeeemely simple fact that use of different linguistic words for the exact same thing is not ‘lying’.

That is not true. You are unable to differentiate between genuine scepticism and the stupid, illogical, irrational arguments put forward by revisionists in support of the conspiracy they allege, whereby the mass gassing and shooting claims are either untrue or exaggerated. Revisionism claims to have uncovered a conspiracy to falsify history.



By its very nature, Holocaust denial/revisionism, is anti-Semitic and designed to stir up hatred and perpetuate tropes and lies. It is reasonable to call such "filth".

I have reposted this reply here so that the "moderator who moves posts"  that bothersome cannot touch this. There will no doubt be some egregious reply.

Legally facts and evidence are two different things; to the untrained they appear the same.
Fact is a truth that can be proven. On the other hand evidence is something that is told by someone, or objects that point to the facts.

It is the analysis of evidence that important. Holocaust believers, always see the glass half empty and not half full, they deny the obvious at the expense of incredulity.

Evidence can be accepted only as a belief that something is a fact and in all cases this is not true. This is the issues regarding many holocaust claims.
There are two types of evidence:

• Factual evidence.
  
• Documented evidence

Facts are based on evidence, but evidence does not necessarily have to be true. Facts cannot be disputed by nature of the meaning. Evidence is helpful in forming a conclusion and can be disputed, which is the function of this forum.

Let me remind readers of a few facts regarding WWII:

It is a fact that there were over 650 judenlagers in Ostland and Ukraine.
It is a fact those lagers moved westwards with their populations as the war advanced
It is a fact there is a spike in the graph of Jewish population numbers in what would otherwise be a linear progression.
It is a fact that in the transport documents to Treblinka that most major stops had a Zwangarbeitslager in the same location.
It is a fact that at Babi yar no bones were carried in the flood waters to nearby location, nor any body parts.
It is a fact that the Soviets murdered millions.
It is a fact that the Soviets falsified documents to blame the Germans.
It is a fact the Jews left Treblinka and Sobibor.
It is a fact that Jews sent to Ostland and other places like Bobruysk returned a few years later to work in labour camps.
It is a fact that measles killed 500 Jewish kids in Ostland.
It is a fact that Marian Olszuk saw nothing untoward at Treblinka.
It is a fact that lager 1 at Sobibor is barren despite the many claims of being crowded with buildings.
It is a fact that Wiernik has Treblinka on the Warsaw Bialystok line and not the Malkinia Siedlce line. North on the map corresponds with the first scenario.
It is a fact that two Kapos at Birkenau worked on the ramps and saw nothing untoward (Pivnik and Berg)
It is a fact that 14f13 took place at many camps, not just Jews but also in Jewish camps.
It is a fact that there were incredulous statements made by eyewitnesses such as Wiernik
It is a fact that extreme coercion was used on German soldiers by allied forces.
It is a fact that those who knew the most were murdered (Himmler)
It is a fact that the State of Israel was founded as a result of the alleged Holocaust.
It is a fact that cyanide as Zyklon B does not outgas well in cold temperatures enough to be lethal to thousands.
It is a fact that Diesel motors do not kill efficiently.
it is a fact that human bodies are not exothermic.
It is a fact that the stories of execution methods morphed over time from electrocution -steam-gas
It is a fact that Korherr said "through the camps" not to the camps as often quoted.
It is a fact that typhus killed millions, not just Jews. This could result in 14f13 being activated.
It is a fact that Ashkenazi Jews have congenital conditions putting their health at severe risk, especially with no medicine.
It is a fact that over a million Heer were murdered, some tortured by Jewish partisans and others.
It is a fact there were 150 Zwangarbeitslager in Austria just for the Hungarian Jews. Peter Lantos and family went to some.
It is a fact that while 3000 Hungarian Jews went to Birkenau, 6000 went to Austria
It is a fact that the Soviets tried to stop Jews leaving eastern Europe post war; they had to escape.
It is a fact that the Soviets transferred millions of people from Poland, Baltic States, and Belarus to the Soviet Interior.
It is a fact that about a million of those population transfers perished.
It is a fact that over 100 thousand Jews fled Kiev prior to the Germans arriving, the numbers remaining being speculation to boost the Babi yar story.
It is a fact that a steam train cannot traverse the distance from the Malkinia station to Treblinka station in 7 mins as per the time table.
It is a fact there was a global famine post WWII.
It is a fact that there were 19–28 million deaths from war-related disease and famine.
It is a fact that the Wehrmacht summarily executed non civilians combatants legally.

I repeat this here for posterity, as it provides evidence of the illogical approach of Nessie to genuine discussion of the ‘holocaust’ narrative. 

Nessie keeps using the exact same illogical, literally stupid and repeatedly refuted ‘revisionists have no evidence’ argument, and is using it in every topic thread. When the illogicality, stupidity and falsity of this argument is demonstrated, Nessie resorts to untruthfully whining and complaining with false accusations of “bullying”, “attacks” and dodges the discussed historical issues with trivia about use of personal pronouns.
Nessie does this in every discussion with me.

When I returned here after a 5 month break, Nessie IMMEDIATELY started with false accusations against me that I was deleting and censoring her/his posts. There again, Nessie refused for days to be corrected and instead subjected me to continued accusations on the board PLUS a barrage of immature, whining, complaining private messages repeating the false accusations compounded with insults and and accusations of being a “liar”.
Even when it was confirmed to Nessie that her/his accusations were false and her/his insistence she/he “knew” was wrong, no apology was made nor acknowledgement of error was given. On the contrary, despite being proven to be in error and of making false accusations this was the self-justifying, illogical response: “There is very good reason not to trust you. You are rude, arrogant, you lie...” 

I.e. further false, insulting, rude accusations.

The truth is that I am only interested in discussing what I regard as the deliberately dishonest distortion of history by those who refuse to look honestly, intelligently and unemotionally at the ‘history’ regarding the Jewish experience during world war two.
I am interested in discussing this ‘history’ with anyone who genuinely believes my opinion is incorrect or flawed BECAUSE I AM INTERESTED IN ASCERTAINING — by honest, objective enquiry and debate — THE TRUTH!
Anyone who is also interested in that would not call that ‘denial’ and me a ‘denier’ or a “liar”.

CONCLUSION
Therefore we can LOGICALLY CONCLUDE that anyone who does resort to smearing the revisionists with the false pejorative of ‘denier’ and “liar” is not approaching the topic either honestly or rationally.


The correct approach to EVIDENCE
1. Regarding the illogicality of the argument that revisionists MUST have an alternative, evidenced explanation if they want their empirically based evidence that completely refutes the mass-gassing mythology to be accepted: ironically this is genuine denial of both the historiographical process AND rules of basic logic.
E.g. if it can be proved conclusively and irrefutably that the currently accepted location of the Battle of Hastings is WRONG, it isn’t necessary for that EVIDENCE to be accepted, that the actual site be simultaneously and immediately provided. Once that irrefutable evidence is accepted as accurate and true by the defenders of the false siting, THEN can a combined cooperative investigation be made to ascertain the whereabouts of the actual site.

Likewise, only once the inaccurate, exaggerated, flawed, legally enforced (and in some cases deliberately fabricated) holocaust mass-gassing narrative is accepted as such, THEN can the alternative explanation of what happened be arrived at. 
This has been explained numerous times here.

2. Arguing that ONLY the defenders of an exposed mythological ‘history’ have witness evidence for what occurred, when that ‘witness evidence’ is based almost entirely on hearsay and refuted testimonial evidence, is illogical and stupid. 

Where any narrative relies ALMOST TOTALLY on testimony, the documentary and forensic evidence decides what is true and what is false testimony. This applies both to legal cases AND to contested historical narratives.

And in both cases, the testimonial evidence alone does not decide, but HOW IT IS INTERPRETED and CONTEXTUALISED does. Which is precisely why in a court of law there is a trial where both defence and prosecutor legal teams can analyse and use that same evidence to make their case. 

If — as Nessie repeatedly suggests — there exists ‘witness evidence’ which without analysis alone decides the issue without any discussion or interpretation, there would be no need for trial lawyers. 

And as was seen in the Irving vs Penguin Libel trial, the defence layers for Lipstadt’s libel REFUSED to call a single survivor eye-witness. That was because the lawyer’s KNEW that the holyhoax survivor witness statements would lose them the case. I can provide evidence of that strategy for any doubters. 

Likewise in the Zündel trials in Canada in the 1980s, the ‘holocaust expert’ and ‘eye-witness’ testimony of those Jews who were appearing for the prosecution were demolished in court. This was because NEVER BEFORE had such people been cross-examined before.
