So? They were still coerced. Please evidence that.

The Nazis who worked at the AR camps and at the A-B Kremas admitted to gassings, because they realised the evidence for gassings was overwhelming. They didn't admit anything because of overwhelming evidence. They were told that things were so, that the system accepted a holocaust as having happened them went along with it to try and save their own skin or avoid torture. They were there, they knew what they had done and they knew what the evidence was. That is why they admitted to mass gassings.

In fact they routinely took measures to save lives.

They did look after trusted workers, in as much as working people as slaves, whilst providing minimal food, accommodation and medical treatment, is looking after someone. Then there is the issue of, if the Nazis were taking as much care of the Jews as you suggest, why were only a few hundred thousand liberated at the end of the war? Where were the rest of them?

Then there is the issue of, if the Nazis were taking as much care of the Jews as you suggest, why were only a few hundred thousand liberated at the end of the war? Where were the rest of them? They were already treating people on the basis of need using state of the art technology right up to 1944 and there were no trusted people.
