"The judge said Haverbeck's actions came from her own beliefs and that the decision to jail the 93-year-old had been necessary as there was no alternative." What goes in the mind of this cretinous judge?

What goes in the mind of this cretinous judge? He’s just following German law. Frankly it’s time for Nazi granny to retire. Maybe take a nice vacation over the Urals.

When the National Socialists lost the war it gave the Jews a chance to really sink their hooks into Germany.

This is correct, Nazi granny could move else where, like say Australia where she would have supporters and free to give her message. A few years back Australia had multiple Nazi parties, all leaders hoping to be the Führer; a book was written, "Everyone wants to be Fuehrer" Of course real National Socialists have nothing to do with those people.

She's 92, and been retired for decades. What exactly is your problem with her?

Wait, weren't Germans in the Third Reich just following German law?

Ursula Haverbeck explains her motives for openly saying and thinking what she does in this Bitchute video interview in German with English subtitles. I think it is from about ten years ago. Her mind is as sharp as a tack. I would encourage all of you who are interested in this matter to watch this video, only about 49 minutes in total. She tries to put the war into context and talks about the expulsions and rapes and deaths of millions of Germans at the end of the war, which is barely a footnote compared to the Jewish deaths. And at about the five-minute mark, she explains that the Dresden bombing death toll keeps getting revised downward, and this raises no outrage ─ unlike with the Jews, who cannot be questioned or criticized by law. But all atrocities are not equal, it seems. Those Libtards who are unmoved by the Haverbeck-Thoughtcrimes case should honestly look at themselves in the mirror. And those whom the Columbia University historian Harry Elmer Barnes called Totalitarian-Liberals had better pray to some higher power that their colleagues do not ever unilaterally gain control of the State ─ for they will become as expendable as a hungry Kulak in Stalin's Ukraine in the 1930s. By contrast, Nazis will at least show their enemies some mercy.

Jeff's barely disguised mockery of this brave old woman and the obvious schadenfreude at her misfortune of being jailed for a year at 92 is beyond belief. I very rarely find myself reduced to making personal insults on Internet forums but this guy really is the personification of something smelly you wouldn't want to step on in the street.

When Mr. Caine does find it necessary to issue a personal insult he does so with style and grace. It fits Jeff(numbers) to a "T".

Here is an account of the continuing thought-control persecution of people in occupied Germany for questioning the victor’s atrocity propaganda so infamously initiated at the Jewish-instigated, Nuremberg show-trial with its subsequent lynching of the vanquished Third Reich heirarchy.
In this case it concerns the ongoing persecution of the amazingly courageous, decent, intelligent and glowingly honest personality that our corrupt western media has shamefully dubbed ‘the Nazi granny’ for daring to voice informed skepticism of the compulsory libel and racist slander of her generation of Germans.
According to this account — written by another courageous individual Lady Michèle Renouf — Ursula Haverbeck has NOT been sent back to jail, yet. She can still appeal against her recent conviction.
Note this particular injustice and unreasonableness of her sentence: she was tried and sentenced for comments she made six years and four years ago! 😮 This I regard as a sign of the undemocratic control wielded by the real instigators and victors of WW2. Also as sign of the disgusting servitude that Germany is still reduced to by them.

Lighten up, Francis. If it helps I think it’s ridiculous to keep wasting the court’s time on some weird little old lady. But if she’s going to persist in breaking German law I guess there will be consequences.

As I understand it, she was charged and judged for two comments she made: one four years ago and the other six years ago. So by claiming she is “persisting” shows you are demonstrating either: i.) a hateful prejudice based on ignorance or ii). one based in deception. (See the post above containing an account of the trial proceedings written by Lady Michelle Renouf.)

So how you could say I am indulging I am engaged in a “hateful prejudice” is a mystery. As for the second part, I have no idea how long the statute of limitations is for something like this. But if she said it based upon the statute of limitations then when she said it wouldn’t make any difference.

I don't think there is a statute of limitations on Thoughtcrime. It is Death, as Orwell described it ─ the literal excommunication from the secular godhead. The definitions or interpretations of Thoughtcrime might change, however. Never knowing exactly where you stand, especially if you insist upon thinking for yourself, is part of the piety ─ ignored at one's physical peril.
