At Klowns, I read the following from a poster called Gibson. Strangely enough he is the only "realist" who has not been banned by the idiot Pyrrho. Itโs not really that hard to avoid a ban. Problem is most of the deniers who show up canโt control variousโฆ..issuesโฆ..  they have. Denying the Holocaust isnโt the issue. Attacking members, attacking the moderator, spewing blatant antisemitic/racist BS, calling all and sundry pedophilesโฆthatโs what gets you the ban. But I digressโฆ.. Witnesses forget things, embellish things, add things to make themselves look betterโฆ..letโs not forget that who we call โwitnessesโ survived a terrible experience. So they suffer from trauma and PTSD. But what we want is to look for commonalities, things they have in common with not only with each other but with perpetrators and bystanders. So if they all agree on basic information (victims gassed, bodies pulled from the gas chambers, buried, burnedโฆโฆ.) then odd stuff can be ignored. |

So that is a bogus excuse for justifying a collective deception by H survivors. It is an appeal to the racist โjewish suffering was specialโ fallacy. A. If many witnesses give eye-witness testimony that corroborate each other AND is supported by the forensic evidence, in the vast majority of cases that becomes proof of the veracity of their testimonies. B. If many witnesses give eye-witness testimony that corroborate each other AND is refuted by the forensic evidence, in the vast majority of cases that becomes proof of the inaccuracy of their testimonies. Cases of B are usually explained by i.) deliberate co-ordinated deception, ii.) later cross-pollenisation causing a collective iii.) mass delusion and/or mass-conspiracy to deceive. |
