workers having power.
What do you think the aims of a "workers party" should be? Before NS this was a German Workers Party, a socialist type labor movement; working class propriety. People probably pay too much emphasis on the term Nationalsozialismus to explain the rationale behind the party. Hence they call adherents "Nazis" and not "Workers".

The party became "National Socialist German Workers' Party". Wiki says
The term National Socialism arose out of attempts to create a nationalist redefinition of socialism, as an alternative to both Marxist international socialism and free-market capitalism.

The reality is that the term was just a publicity stunt to attract more members. To make the party more broadly appealing to larger segments of the population, the DAP was renamed the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) on 24 February. The new name was borrowed from a different Austrian party active at the time (the Deutsche Nationalsozialistische Arbeiterpartei, i.e. the German National Socialist Workers' Party), although Hitler earlier suggested the party to be renamed the Social Revolutionary Party. Obviously then as now, "branding" of a political concept was deemed important.
There was also the Czech National Social party which was established in 1897 by break-away groups from both the national liberal Young Czech Party and the Czech Social Democratic Party, with a stress on achieving independence of the Czech lands from Austria–Hungary. Its variant of socialism was moderate and reformist rather than a Marxist one.

Once Adolf took the reins and forced into war many of the socialist aims took the back seat and perhaps thrown out of the car all together.

The National-Social Association (German: Nationalsozialer Verein, NSV) was a political party in the German Empire, founded in 1896 by Friedrich Naumann. It sought to synthesise liberalism, nationalism and non-Marxist socialism with Protestant Christian values in order to cross the ideological front lines and draw workers away from Marxist class struggle. However, it never grew beyond a minor party of intellectuals which failed to gain mass support in elections.

Nationalsocialism: Black Front

schwarze Front
Political group formed by Otto Strasser after his expulsion from the NSDAP in 1930. The organisation was unable to oppose the NSDAP effectively and Hitler’s rise to power proved to be the final straw. Strasser spent the years of the Third Reich in exile, first in Czechoslovakia and later in Canada. The socialist wing of the NSDAP itself was eradicated in 1934 during the Night of the Long Knives in which Gregor Strasser, Otto's elder brother, was killed.
Die schwarze Front is still in existence today with the adherents using the symbol above. Like the Storm Detachment (Sturmabteilung) they represent the NSDAP as it was prior to Operation Hummingbird with an emphasis on socialist values of the working class.

I'm still looking for a major nationalsocialist group that is still in existence today and represents modern nationalsocialism in the XXI century. Would this group fit that description?

An especially notable part of the Community Day event was the members’ embarking on a hike through the local countryside. Intended to refresh the revolutionary spirit by allowing members to experience the surrounding beauty of the nature and landscape of Germany, the hike also provided the participants marching side-by-side to become better acquainted with one another.

Since no organisation – much like a family – can remain stable without offspring to continue its legacy, this Community Day ended with a traditional torch-lit admission ceremony, where new candidates were officially initiated into the JN community, after having proven themselves over a certain period of time in the principles of comradery and ideology.

This part of Community Day is often one of the most impressive parts of the entire event, which ends with the singing of the German national anthem. Following the initiation ceremony, the attendants gathered around a campfire to conclude Community Day with a recital of songs, before commencing their journeys home the following day.
