Alison Chabloz is the first person in the UK sentenced to jail for ‘Holocaust denial’

By JEREMY SHARON — 1st APRIL 2021

Chabloz was convicted by Westminster Magistrates’ Court, and sentenced on Wednesday by District Judge Michael Snow to 18 weeks in prison, of which she will serve nine.
Chabloz, 57, was convicted for comments she made in an interview with a far-right online radio station in 2019.
“The Jews, they need to stop indoctrinating their children, you know, that their grandparents were gassed just because they were Jews. No wonder they grow up into psychotic maniacs. They are indoctrinated from birth with this bullshit, and they’ve been doing the same for centuries, even before the Holocaust”.
In a separate interview with a different radio station, Chabloz said
“anything that’s worth controlling will have Jews there controlling it.”
Chabloz accused Jews of inventing the Holocaust in order to profit financially. Hitler’s treatment of European Jews was caused by bad Jewish behavior, she added, and insisted that there was nothing wrong with saying “Hitler was right.”

Chabloz claimed that the judge who convicted her had been intimidated by the “Jewish lobby.”

She then publicized the interviews on Gab account, a social networking site associated with neo-Nazis and other extremists.
Snow ruled that the Jewish community needs to be protected [in control of what can be said about WW2 and ‘Jewish power’], and that Chabloz’s comments were grossly offensive

This is not Chabloz’s first conviction for disseminating antisemitic [Jew-critical] material. She was convicted in 2017 by the same court, under the Communications Act, for antisemitic [Jew-critical] songs she posted on social media, which included the lines:
“Did the Holocaust ever happen? Was it just a bunch of lies?
Seems that some intend to pull the wool over our eyes.
Eternal wandering liars haven’t got a clue,
and when it comes to usury, victim’s always me and you.”

“Now Auschwitz, holy temple, is a theme park just for fools,
the gassing zone a proven hoax, indoctrination rules.”

“Tell us another, come on, my brother, reap it, the cover, for tribal gain.
Safe in our tower, now is the hour, money and power, we have no shame.”

“History repeats itself, no limit to our wealth, thanks to your debts we’re bleeding you dry.
We control your media, control all your books and TV, with the daily lies we’re feeding, suffering victimisation.
Sheeple have no realisation, you shall pay, all the way, until the break of day.”…”
She was given a two-year suspended sentence of 20 weeks in prison by the Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

Stephen Silverman, director of Investigations and Enforcement at Campaign Against Antisemitism said:
“Despite already having been convicted of similar offences, she continued, while serving her suspended sentence, to use the Internet...
Today’s verdict and sentence... give the Jewish community justice and protection from someone [power over anyone who dares] who has made a vocation out of denying the Holocaust and baiting Jews [expose the deceptions in the ’holocaust’ narrative and refers to the undemocratic control over topics that involve Jewry]. It also sends a clear message to those who might be tempted to go down the same path.”

... ... ... ... ...

District Judge John Zani has sentenced Alison Chabloz to a 20-week prison sentence suspended for two years, 180 hours of unpaid community service, an indefinite restraining order against contacting two leaders of Campaign Against Antisemitism, as well as issuing an order banning her from social media for 12 months.

She was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge, and costs of £600.

District Judge Zani handed down the sentence this morning at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, after finding Ms Chabloz guilty on all counts of criminal offences under the Communications Act at a hearing last month.

The case effectively delivers a landmark precedent verdict on incitement on social media and on whether the law considers Holocaust denial to be “grossly offensive” and therefore illegal when used as a means by which to hound Jews.

In sentencing her, District Judge John Zani said: “It appears to this court that no proper remorse is forthcoming from you…I don’t know whether you want to be a martyr to your cause. Only time will tell. This sentence will test your resolve. If you fail to abide by the terms of the suspended sentence you should expect to go to prison.”

Ms Chabloz, from Glossop in Derbyshire, had pleaded “not guilty” to charges relating to three self-penned songs in which she decries the supposed Jewish conspiracy to dominate the world and denies the Holocaust. However, in spite of her grossly antisemitic statements and social media posts, the court heard that Ms Chabloz had told probation officers that she had never intended to offend Jews.

Under cross-examination on 7th March, Ms Chabloz said that: “There should be an official investigation, forensic, regarding Holocaust numbers.”
She strongly contested the number of six million Jews being murdered by the Nazis, explaining that her position is “scientific” and that “it looks unlikely to be more than a million.”
She continually referred to the “so-called Holocaust” and said that “it’s been used to sustain the criminal State of Israel.”

Regarding gas chambers, she said:
“It’s impossible, without an investigation, without evidence, it’s impossible to affirm”
and
“there’s no proof of these non-facts”, there’s “no proof that any such murder weapon existed” and that they are being “used as a weapon to destroy European countries.”

Ms Chabloz also described as “indoctrination” the programme which sends schoolchildren to visit Auschwitz.

She also claimed that Jews are disproportionately influential and asked “how Jews are eight times overrepresented in Parliament.”

She then alleged that “plenty of Jews find my music funny.”

So much for free speech in Britain. They have a new eleventh commandment:
"Thou shall not speak ill of the Jews".

For the first time, British court sentences someone for ‘Holocaust denial’

‘Jews are indoctrinated from birth with Shoah lies,’ Alison Chabloz told a radio station in 2019

In a landmark decision, a UK court has sentenced an anti-semite [someone] to 18 weeks in prison for disseminating grossly offensive material and messages on social media denying [ridiculing some of the more unbelievable aspects] of the Holocaust [enforced narrative].

The sentencing makes Alison Chabloz the first person in the UK to be jailed specifically for Holocaust denial, under the terms of the 2003 Communications Act.

The [Jewish] Campaign Against Antisemitism organisation, which has been heavily involved [relentless in its mission] in bringing Chabloz to trial, welcomed the sentencing, saying it would provide protection [more control] to the UK Jewish community from [over] her and others who would spread such material.

The UK does not have any specific statute criminalizing Holocaust denial, but the Communications Act prohibits the transmission of messages or material via electronic communications networks that is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing nature.

Chabloz was convicted by Westminster Magistrates’ Court, and sentenced on Wednesday by District Judge Michael Snow to eighteen weeks in prison, of which she will serve nine.

Chabloz, 57, was convicted for comments she made in an interview with an... online radio station in 2019.

Despite what these Jewish news-outlets are claiming in their misleading news-coverage, here is a reminder of EXACTLY what someone can now be imprisoned for in Britain.

It is not for “anti-semitism”, which is not a crime.

And it is not for “holocaust denial” which is also not a crime.

Read on, if you wish to know what exactly Alison was punished and imprisoned for... previosly and again this time:

Interested readers can now view PDFs of the official court documents concerning both of Alison's February 2019 appeals. Here is an excerpt from her blog with quotes from the court documents interspersed with her comments.

The court make the interesting admission that having anti-semitic opinions is not a crime. It appears they sentenced her for something else — for being “offensive”!!! :o

And appears it was not just that either, (as I assume that is not a crime either). Read on...

we emphasise that anti-Semitism is not a crime, just as Holocaust denial is not. Nor can the fact that somebody is a Holocaust denier or an anti-Semite prove that anything she writes or sings is grossly offensive. However her anti-Semitism and her attitude to the Holocaust are in our judgment highly relevant to her state of mind so far as her musical compositions are concerned.
Alison: In short, I am guilty of refusing to worship Jews and their lies. Indeed, my sentence was [considered] far too lenient — an opinion currently being aired on various social media platforms...

...it is ironic and amusing to see these powerful Jew-Zionists running in all directions, complaining and playing victim over a silly song; this entire farce of course also being played out in the English court system, with compliant judges simply parroting the usual insults and ad hominem.
27. We turn finally to the appellant’s mens rea. We are sure, in relation to each song, that the appellant positively intended it to be grossly offensive to Jews. We are further satisfied that, although part of her intended audience on YouTube was persons sharing her own warped outlook, she embedded the hyperlink [Charges 1 and 2] and uploaded the video [Charge 3] in the hope that those who saw and heard the songs would include Jewish people who would be grossly offended by them.
Alison: Anti-Semitism not a crime. “Holocaust” “denial” not a crime. Offending Jews is.
