why is this story regarded as 'news' and given prominence on today's BBC news website frontpage??

What is 'newsworthy' in ANY WAY in this 'article'??

Why is this 'front-page' news on a website in May 2020 in the middle of a pandemic lockdown?

WTF ? There are 7 news stories on the screen shot, under a heading titled 'around the BBC' suggesting the BBC have selected a few reports away from the main headlines that it thinks it's viewers might be interested in. You however appear to be seeing this story as 'front page news' as if it is the main news story on the BBC website. Are you mental ?
