Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

The NSDAP had 17,277,180 voters as of early 1933. If the high point of NSDAP membership was 9 million, then there were many NS supporters who were not members of the party.

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

Poland was at fault for refusing any and all negotiations and clinging to the war guarantee. Her behaviour made war inevitable. No German leader could tolerate the situation of a neighboring country refusing to speak even when such generous offers were put forward. If Mexico had stolen Texas from th...

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

You do not doubt Hitler loved his own people. That is my point, it what "racism" is. People who love their own country and race and fight against those who pollute and destroy it, above all Jews. Hitler had nothing against Arabs who lived in their own countries or Asians who lived in their own count...

Balsamo...Why should hereditary diseases be passed onto the next generation? It was right to sterilize those people.

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

In every country in Europe, party membership is lower than the level of support for that party... In 2010, only 1.0% of the electorate was a member of one of the three main political parties. Labour had approximately 193,000 members, the Conservatives 130,000 to 150,000 and the Liberal Democrats 49,...

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

Nessie...You haven't explained why Hitler still tried to negotiate with the Poles and gave them very generous offers both before and after the Nazi-Soviet pact.... Yes there were contingency plans for invasion in case the Poles kept refusing all attempts at negotiation. On August 30, 1939, in an act...

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

Nessie... The Germany of that time was not against other races. The national socialists collaborated for example with Arabs, like Haj Amin al-Husseini. All they wanted was a racially pure Germany. Nobody has a problem with the fact Japan and China are 99.9% Asian, why is it a problem that Hitler wan...

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

Totalitarian, racist, dictatorships do not go down well with the British and other democracies. National socialist Germany is called racist because it cared for Germans. Hitler unlike other politicians cared deeply for his Volk and devoted his whole life to bettering the German people. While the US...

What the World Rejected

Hitler’s Peace Offers, 1933- 1939

Hitler also offered peace in the first years of the war when Britain was at its knees... rejected by the warmonger Churchill and his government.

Re: Dec. of War (Poland) SPLIT from Berg challenge

The REAL reason why Hitler invaded Poland For it need be ascribed solely to these vested interests in war, both within Europe and beyond, that Poland rejected the proposals which neither compromised its existence nor its honor, and instead resorted to terror and arms. And it was truly superhuman res...
